Caller ID Settings (Enable Call Blocking and Identification)

How to Fix:
- Install Caller id App from Apps Store Truecaller and
- Active Truecaller Premium subscription
- Go to Settings > Apps > Phone > Call Blocking & Identification.
- Turn it ON if it is off.
- Restart your iPhone.
